“ Lovely rooftop spot with great music and a relaxed vibe. Staff kindly played my daughter’s song request, which made her night. Generous, tasty pizza and flavorful seafood paella. I didn’t get to try the meatball pasta—my daughter wouldn’t share! Big thanks to Lorraine and Sir Jopay for the warm, attentive service. They were also patient and kind with my autistic daughter, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend! ”
“ The food was good, I really love it. It was served hot, and it was really plated well. For the service, the staffs are really approachable, especially sir Jeff, they look really presentable and well. For the atmosphere, the place is really good. The downside is that we went here on a rainy night, which made us really cold. But overall, the experience was so fun. ”

“ The Clouds Bar came up while I was searching for rooftop bars in Angeles and it looked and felt like the best one among the options so I tried it. The panoramic view of Angeles City and Clark was the biggest highlight. Best to go here before sunset and luckily they open at 5PM. I went for a plate of Sisig despite the 2 other plates I had for the day. It was good. Better than what I get outside of Pampanga but I cant claim it as the best within Pampanga. Had a glass of Japanese Highball to cap off the early evebing and pair my sinfully fatty dinner. Service was absolutely great. No long wait to get the attention of any of the staff. They were also very warm and friendly. Tab went up a little over 1K for my solo meal and drinks which is on the higher end but considering the biggest selling point of the bar which is the spectacular view, it was all worth it. ”
“ Came here to celebrate my birthday and it was worth it. This is my third time coming here and I love the scenery of city lights. The staff are very accommodating and willing to serve. Lucky enough to.meet the owner and asked if we were staisfoed with the food. We enjoyed the food that we ordered such as Paella, cajun chicken and kare-kare. The chicken though is a bit small in portion and felt like the vegie on side did not complement it but the chicken was so tender. Kare-kare was good it's just that the pork is a lil bit hard but taste is good. Paella was the highlight of the dinner. Definitely there's room for improvement. Sad that seats we want were reserved bu will surely come back! ”

What made it even better was the excellent service. Our waiter, Jeff, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. We also enjoyed the performers, who added a nice touch to the chill acoustic night — perfect for sitting back and relaxing. No loud music, which we really appreciated. And the view? Breathtaking! We couldn’t ask for more. Big shoutout to Sir Jeff, who assisted us from start to finish. He attended to all our needs and constantly checked if we needed anything. We truly appreciated his initiative and enthusiasm. These made our first dining experience truly memorable. We’d definitely come back again! ”
